What You Will Be Doing
Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.
Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in experience design.
Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Provide information to client personnel in experience design.
Creating mechanicals and designs for print and digital marketing (paid/owned/earned)
Executes revisions, edits, modifications, resizing and other adjustments to previously completed work.
Works closely with Copywriters, Art Directors, and Proofers
Able to effectively speak to, present and defend design concepts, process, and executions.
Brings creativity and innovative design solutions to both creative and process challenges.
Conducts detail-oriented oversight of execution.
Works closely and collaboratively with the creative teams.
