Contract Duration: 5 Months

Required Skills & ExperienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite production applications including, but not limited to InDesign.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities in a tight deadline-driven environment.Basic understanding of interrelated aspects of marketing, advertising, design, and production.Deep understanding of print and digital production processes.Deep understanding of corporate brand standards.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Self-direction and initiative.A commitment to working as part of a team.2+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e., Mobile or social media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.What You Will Be Doing

Creates and design systems, dashboards, and templates for MOD.Produces technically sound, content-correct files for both print and digital assignments that meet all production standards.Executes revisions, edits, modifications, resizing, and other adjustments to previously completed work.Consistently applies established design principles and brand standards to all assignments.Ensures timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining strict standards of accuracy, completeness, and product quality.Utilizes job management system to manage workload and production time for each project.Manages and prioritizes workload based on job deadlines.Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Marketing.Review and analyze basic or tactical Marketing assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Provide information to client personnel in Marketing.
