The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for campaign set up, management and analysis of digital media for a portfolio of clients. This role is responsible for hands-on-keyboard management of assigned campaigns across in-platform channels (e.g. Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic). It is common to seek and provide support from/to team mates on channels. While experience across multiple digital channels is preferred, it is not required. Deep experience in one+ channel is appreciated, and you will be trained across other channels. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple needs in parallel are imperative. Measures for success include campaign performance and work quality.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities for Digital Marketing SpecialistCampaign Setup and ManagementSet up digital marketing campaigns across Google, Paid Social (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), and Programmatic platforms.Ensure campaigns are configured correctly and aligned with strategic goals.Campaign OptimizationContinuously monitor and optimize campaigns for performance improvements.Adjust bids, targeting, and ad placements based on real-time data.Ad Copy OptimizationDevelop and test ad copy to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives and messages.Budget ManagementAllocate and manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.Track spending and ensure it aligns with budgetary constraints.Performance Analytics and ReportingAnalyze campaign performance data and generate detailed reports.Provide insights and recommendations for further optimization.Audience Targeting and SegmentationUtilize data to define and refine target audiences.Implement segmentation strategies to reach the most relevant audiences.CollaborationWork closely with the extended team to deadlines and expectations are met.Coordinate with other departments to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.Staying UpdatedKeep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.Implement new strategies and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.Compliance and Quality AssuranceEnsure all campaigns comply with platform policies and industry regulations.Maintain high standards for ad quality and relevance.Qualifications:

3-5+ year(s) relevant experienceStrong excel skillsStrong written and verbal communicationCertifications in digital channels (e.g. Google Products, Meta Blueprint, etc.)Experience in simultaneously managing multiple channels and campaigns.Strong foundational knowledge across all media channels (paid search, social, display, programmatic etc.), seeks subject matter expertise in a particular channel.Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple projects is a must.Strong excel skills and comfortability with manipulating and interpreting data.Tools:
