Job Description:3-5 years' footwear design experienceWork closely with lead designers, and provide support in all areas of designAbility to create technical sketches and hand sketchesStrong technical skills to make footwear corrections and problem solve with technicians in foreign officesResearch trends and assist with seasonal trend boards/presentationsProficient in creating CADs using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe IllustratorCreate and maintain detailed spec sheets including proto specs, lot specs, and confirmation specsCreate detailed tech packs complete with construction detailsWork cross functionally with production, pricing, customer service, and technical teamsCommunicate daily with foreign offices regarding product developmentAbility to adapt quickly in the design process to address new projects that ariseResearch and present new and innovative design ideas as well as identify opportunities in the marketAbility to present the product line to the customerMust be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and MiroExcellent communication skills, positive personality, collaborative mindset, team-oriented, strong multi-tasking ability, good time management and organizational skillsDomestic Travel required / International Travel TBDCurrent structure is a hybrid WFH/in-person, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time in-person in Purchase, NYBenefits:401(k)Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountPaid time offParental leave
