First Orion is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead global marketing efforts, drive digital transformation, and accelerate company growth. The ideal candidate has the ability to develop a strategic vision while also working side-by-side with their team and a commitment to positioning First Orion as the leader in the branded communication industry.

The Head of Marketing will report directly to our CEO and will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy; they will also work closely with Sales and Product leadership to drive new revenue and customer acquisition. We're seeking a People First leader who can put our culture cornerstones into action as they lead a dynamic team of experienced individuals.

What you will be doing:

Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive brand and solution awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.Manage First Orion's brand through creative, voice, and PR presence.Enhance and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy, including paid and organic search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing, to strengthen First Orion's online presence, drive web traffic, engagement and leads.Develop compelling marketing content, including reports, case studies, blogs, articles, and website copy, that resonates with target audiences.Consult with PR agency on strategy, pitches, stories, bylines, and intended media targets.Oversee website performance, UX/UI improvements, and A/B testing to enhance the online presence.Ensure First Orion participates in key industry events and speaking opportunities to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation.Work closely with the VP of Product Marketing to plan and execute successful new product launches, including go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales enablement.Manage analyst relations firm to influence First Orion's position and research mentions and gather insights from experts for company initiatives.Design and execute innovative customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.Map out and optimize the customer journey to ensure a seamless and engaging experience from initial contact through purchase and beyond.Lead e-commerce strategy and operations to drive online lead and improve conversion rates.Lead the creation of compelling marketing content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and website copy, that resonates with target audiences.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to expand the company's reach in the B2B market.Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of putting people first, innovation, trust and transparency and making it happen.Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track performance against KPIs and objectives.What you will need:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or related field8+ years of marketing experience3+ years of people leadershipExperience in demand generation and digital marketingProven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in a B2B environmentExperience partnering with an enterprise sales teamExperience in optimizing the customer journey and enhancing customer experienceSuccessful history of leading new product launches and go-to-market strategiesStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability and passion to motivate and develop talentExcellent analytical, strategic thinking, collaboration, and communication skillsProficiency in marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools (such as Marketo, ZoomInfo, SEMRush, Salesforce, Choozle, and GA4)Must live in Central Arkansas and be willing to work onsite at our North Little Rock, AR headquarters
