Digital Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the strategic development and execution of all digital marketing efforts for First Orion. This position is responsible for digital marketing and advertising campaigns from inception to completion including SEO, organic and paid search, ABM initiatives, remarketing, and other digital efforts to create demand from leading carriers, enterprises, call and contact centers, and other prospects. This position reports directly to the Growth Marketing Team Lead.

Versatility and collaboration are key. Our ideal candidate is a team player with killer demand gen skills, campaign and project management experience, an analytical aptitude in tracking marketing performance, and a knack for bringing new ideas to the table.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop, execute, and optimize marketing programs, advertising, and demand-generation campaigns to drive direct responses.

• Develop and launch a comprehensive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to target key accounts effectively.

• Segmentation & Buyer Journey Management: Develop and implement strategies to guide prospects through the entire buyer journey, from initial online ad engagement to the landing page, product consideration, and final purchase. Tailor marketing messages and retargeting efforts to improve relevance and engagement.

• Retargeting Campaigns: Create and manage retargeting campaigns for customers who did not complete their purchase, ensuring to exclude those who have already converted.

• Paid Advertising Management: Execute and manage all paid advertising efforts, including Google, LinkedIn, Choozle, and others, ensuring alignment between PPC and organic search strategies.

• Metrics Analysis: Analyze, track, and report on PPC campaigns and keyword performance, CPL, CPC, CVR, CPM, and website traffic metrics from all sources.

• Email Marketing and Lead Nurturing: Create and manage email marketing, lead nurturing, cart abandonment, and winback programs using Marketo (or similar software). This includes providing creative feedback, managing web forms, evaluating program performance, and some copywriting.

• Campaign Optimization: Experiment, test, and continuously optimize marketing campaigns.

• Activity Tracking: Measure and track all marketing activities using Google Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce reporting. Leverage URL parameters to capture source data during lead creation.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's in marketing or related discipline.

• 5+ years of related B2B marketing experience.

• Experience creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns and demand-generation programs.

• Proven experience in managing the buyer journey, from online ad engagement to final purchase, including handling cart abandonment and retargeting strategies.

• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies and best practices.

• Experience with A/B testing, including a strong aptitude for landing page and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Highly knowledgeable of online measurement platforms such as Google Analytics.

• Experience with CRM systems and marketing platforms, including Salesforce and Marketo or similar tools.

• Understanding of strategies for follow-up emails, cart abandonment campaigns, and winback.

• Highly organized with excellent budget management skills.

• Self-motivated with good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Creative, innovative, and solution-oriented thinker.

• Highly proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Metric-driven with the ability to draw insights from complex marketing data.

• Confident and polished with a dynamic personality and a sense of humor.

Bonus Points:

• Master's in marketing or related discipline

• SaaS and/or Telecom experience

• WordPress experience

• E-commerce experience

• Basic HTML and Photoshop skills
