Description

ESC's premier client is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Product Marketing Manager for the retail industry, you will be part of a team that develops messaging and positioning that highlights how their services and offerings can help customers in this sector. You will work with product, services, sales, and PR teams to create compelling content to help customers understand use cases and value propositions, as well as support marketing campaigns and events that drive customer engagement and adoption. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology services and translating how technology can be used across retail businesses as they move to the cloud, adopt technologies, and look for innovation across their value chain.

Job Responsibilities

Drive marketing programs to build Retail industry brand awareness and adoption, including providing teams with marketing collateral and toolsCreate collateral and sales tools for direct sales team and eventsCreate marketing content for industry website, updating copy and customer references, working with cross functional teams on alignmentCraft & develop compelling customer stories, content and tools (e.g. presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, product videos)Support 1P/3P event content and team members with industry track requirements (presentations, submissions, processes)Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performanceWork effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize workBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5-7 years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completionExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience working cross-functionally to achieve business outcomesExperience managing, measuring, and analyzing marketing performance in various channelsExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
