We tell most important andinteresting stories to educate customers about what is possible when you build.As a temporary product marketing manager for the retail industry, you will be part of a team thatdevelops messaging and positioning that highlights how client services and offerings can helpcustomers in this sector. You will work with product, services, sales, and PR teams to createcompelling content to help customers understand use cases and value propositions, as well assupport marketing campaigns and events that drive customer engagement and adoption.The ideal candidate has a passion for technology services and translating how technology can beused across retail businesses as they move to the cloud, adopt technologies, and look forinnovation across their value chain.The duration of this role is roughly 7 months and the candidate can be located in a virtuallocation.Key job responsibilities- Develop audience-specific messaging, marketing content, and go-to-market materials for retailindustry brand awareness and adoption.- Support content development and project management needs associated with and externalevents including, but not limited to, presentations, demonstrations, websites, attendee guides,social content, and digital marketing materials.- Maintain and support industry blog content, review requests and process applicable stories inconjunction with established marketing themes.- Craft and develop compelling customer stories, content, and tools (i.e. case studies, videotestimonials, infographics, webinars) that support the retail industry in collaboration with service,sales, and PR teams.- Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics to be used in monthly reporting initiatives- Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5-7 years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaignsfrom concept to completion- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)- Experience working cross-functionally to achieve business outcomes- Experience managing, measuring, and analyzing marketing performance in various channels- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Job Responsibilities- Drive marketing programs to build Retail industry brand awareness and adoption, including providing teams with marketing collateral and tools- Create collateral and sales tools for direct sales team and events- Create marketing content for industry website, updating copy and customer references, working with cross functional teams on alignment-Craft & develop compelling customer stories, content and tools (e.g. presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, product videos)-Support 1P/3P event content and team members with industry track requirements (presentations, submissions, processes)- Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance- Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work
