Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Mid-Level Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet our business requirements.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and implement efficient solutions using Salesforce technologies.
Responsibilities
Design and develop custom Salesforce applications, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and Flows
Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce configurations and customizations
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce implementations
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Salesforce development
Proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce declarative tools
Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and integration concepts
Experience with Salesforce development frameworks and tools (e.g., Git, DevOps tools)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II)
Experience with Salesforce Integration solutions (e.g., API, Middleware)
Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, LWC)
Familiarity with Salesforce mobile development
Experience with Salesforce cloud deployment models (e.g., CPQ, FSL)
