Salesforce Lightning Web Developer (Certified) Software Engineer IIIDesign, develop, and implement SaaS-based application and data integration engineering solutions to run genetics testing company's business operations on AWS. Evaluate existing software and systems for integration requirements. Write database scripts using PostgreSQL. Deliver enterprise integration solutions, creating seamless and efficient internal business systems to streamline data transfer between CRM systems and internal/external systems, including Lab Information Management, billing, and warehouse reporting. Use ETL tools to deliver data migration solutions using Jitterbit. Deploy software using Copado. Develop and maintain SOAP and REST based integrations in a complex app environment, while integrating Salesforce.com with Conga, Looker, DocuSign and Omni Live Chat via real-time, batch, and sync/async.-Salesforce data tools. Use Lightning web components to build user interface. Collaborate with software engineers to deliver software using Agile and Jira processes. Gather business requirement to deliver innovative solutions with demonstrated functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability. Ensure that final software solutions meet organizational needs.Requires: Masters degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, Salesforce Developer Certification, 2 years of experience in job offered, and proficiency with CRM, ETL, Agile, Copado, Lightning web components, Salesforce Apex Classes, Triggers and Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Web Services, JavaScript, SQL, relational databases and API.ResponsibilitiesYou will support a software development team in all phases of Salesforce development: planning/grooming, delivery, supportCrafting, developing, debugging, you will be modifying components of existing SFDC applications and supporting technologiesYou translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs; You seek and drive resolution of bugs/issuesPartaking in bi-weekly stand-ups to provide updates, you will maintain visibility within the group and across business partnersYou will take part in architecture and design discussions to promote consistency to development methodologiesProviding mentorship to more junior team members, you will also be championing scalable solutionsYou will join in peer code reviews to drive quality across the platform, and you will supply technical insight to daily support issuesDesign and implement the core architecture of our productProvide technical guidance and drive best practices for development, code review, testing, and deployment that will ensure the shipment of quality code into productionSpecify and implement clean, efficient APIs across the stack (internal, external, REST, GraphQL, etc.Work closely with product managers, user interface designers, TPM and other teams to build a complete solutionDeeply understand our code and how it interacts with the real world. Help others understand it tooReview and respond to operational issues, escalating as necessaryEnjoy mentoring other engineers

QualificationsSalesforce Certifications as a developerExposure to Computer Science and Engineering as a discipline. A BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent experience3-5+ years previous development experience with Salesforce.comExperience with Salesforce Service and Sales CloudsExperience in Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Page designProficiency in technical analysis and object-oriented programmingPossess detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com architectureComprehension of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Relational Databases (Oracle, SQLServer)Capacity to connect with all levels within the organizationFlexibility to work within a team as well as working autonomouslyPreferred: experience with AWS, Jira, Confluence, Copado, ETL tools (Jitterbit, Mulesoft or other)Relational database systems experience, such as PostgreSQLExperience with third-party system integration and API design.
