We are looking for a strategic product marketing leader who is passionate about the opportunity to redefine customer experiences through AI. As Generative AI reshapes the market landscape and expands the possibilities for personalization at scale, product teams across Experience Cloud, and across Adobe, are innovating to create the future. This role will be accountable for owning and evangelizing our differentiated position in the market, and for informing our product strategy with insights from customers, partners and analysts.What You’ll Do

Understand, synthesize and communicate customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscapeCollaborate with product marketers across product teams to develop messaging, enablement, and monetization strategies that align with Adobe's overall AI approachPartner closely with product management to inform AI product strategy and innovation across the portfolioEnable sales on the problems we solve for customers, and on the sales plays and external collateral they should deploy for successDefine and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of product marketing effortsBe an inspiring leader through customer and partner engagement, thought leadership, and analyst conversationsAct as a change agent, guiding teams forward in a constantly evolving environmentWhat You Need to Succeed

Self-starter and proactive leader with 10+ years of building highly effective teamsExperience marketing enterprise software, preferably with products using AI and machine learningProven understanding of the market landscape for Generative AI, including business and technology innovations, as well as enterprise application and platform playersExceptional critical thinking and analytic skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies focused on outcomes.Strong EQ, influencing skills, and leadership ability, ideally including experience driving consensus in matrixed organizations.Demonstrated success influencing peers across product management, engineering, corporate marketing, and regional leadersStrong executive presence and excellent communication skillsWhen you join Adobe, you can look forward to collaborating with the most genuine people in the industry, working on projects with real purpose, and having immense pride in the products we create and the customers we support. The U.S. pay range for this position is $136,600 -- $297,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
