Creative/Design Assistant
to work alongside the CEO, on a daily basis, on a range of new product-design and product-marketing initiatives to support the CEO's vision for the company's future.The Creative/Design Assistant is a new strategic role within our organization, reporting directly to the CEO, and with a number of unique design responsibilities, including:Working alongside the CEO on a daily basis to support the CEO's product, sales, and marketing vision.Working alongside the CEO on a range of different creative, strategic, and long-term product ideas.Working alongside the CEO in a new Labs/R&D unit, to work on futuristic ideas and prototypes.Creating user-journey maps, storyboards, mind maps, and wireframes, to serve product working groups.Creating custom swag and other corporate merchandise to support a number of company initiatives.Creating pitch decks, infographics, product presentations, brochures, etc. for the CEO.THE REQUIREMENTSAbility to work at the CEO's pace and the CEO's hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet quick turn-around deadlines (this is a must-have)3+ years of industry experience with Figma.3+ years of industry experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.3+ years of industry experience with After Effects and motion graphics.3+ years of industry experience with Notion, JIRA, and other project-management tools.Strong typography, and verbal/written communication skills.Ability to self-learn quickly, to pick up digital tools and platforms independently, being ready on day one.Bachelor's degree in Digital Design or Product DesignExperience working in the sports industry (highly preferred)THE PERKSPaid Coursera plan to take 11,000+ courses around the worldPaid maternity and paternity leavePaid gym membershipBeverages and snacksPaid parking near the officeRelocation package, if neededThe opportunity to work on digital products for well-known sports teams
