The Job/What You'll Do:We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role will focus on the marketing program for one of AssetMark's subsidiaries, Adhesion Wealth. They are a leading provider of outsourced investment management solutions for registered investment advisors (RIAs), RIA enterprises, TAMPs, and asset managers.In this role, you will help implement Adhesion's marketing strategy and oversee content and marketing programs designed to create awareness, drive demand, and increase the share of wallet on the Adhesion platform. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to define requirements and deliver expected results. In this hands-on role, you must be an exceptional communicator with critical thinking, time management and proactive problem-solving skills.This is a full-time position in AssetMark's Charlotte, NC office with a hybrid work schedule.Responsibilities:The responsibilities of the Marketing Manager role may include, but are not limited to, the following:Deliver an effective marketing program to drive business growth for Adhesion WealthDevelop marketing campaigns based on business objectives; continually optimize campaigns and materials and make recommendations for improvementsManage project plans and timelines to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiativesMeasure the effectiveness of marketing activities, and adapt marketing activities based on KPIs and progress toward critical business objectivesCreate go-to-market strategies and facilitate smooth on-boarding of new platform solutionsDevelop sales tools, presentations, and other marketing materials to increase advisor engagement for solutions on the platformCollaborate with the broader marketing team, key stakeholders at Adhesion, relationship managers, and sales teams to develop campaigns to support business objectivesServe as the liaison between Adhesion, AssetMark, and vendors for campaign execution, social media, content creation, graphic design, and event planning for conferencesSome travel requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proven track record of executing marketing plansStrong performance in managing, and executing multichannel marketing programs to consistently deliver high-quality resultsAbility to multi-task across projects as well as to bridge from marketing strategy to tactical marketing executionAptitude in prioritizing competing projects while ensuring deadlines are metProficiency in simplifying complex concepts and writing for both advisor and investor audiencesCapable of working independently as well as being team-oriented, with high energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment to delivering high-quality workDetail-oriented, with solid organizational, time, and project management skillsProficiency in working with remote team members in multiple office locationsHigh proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field2+ years of professional B2B marketing experience in financial services, professional services, or technology servicesExperience creating content and presenting concepts and ideas to colleagues, internal clients, and partnersExperience leading by influence and keeping a focus on client service (both internal and external)Knowledge of the financial services industry is requiredExperience with the RIA marketplace and financial advisory is preferredKnowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, SEO, Digital lead Generation and Events preferredCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered.
