The Job/What You'll Do:Voyant is a global enterprise software provider specializing in modern financial advisor and client interactions, using financial education, complex calculations, and deep personalization as a basis for client engagement. Our clients include many of the world's leading banks, private banks, wealth management firms, life and annuity companies, and employee benefit providers.We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate must know how to: build significant brand awareness, tell awesome stories, inspire amazing design, dig into performance analytics, test and learn about emerging marketing channels, lead team members, and strategize to create the long-term marketing vision.This is a full-time position in Voyant's Austin, Texas office.Responsibilities:Develop and execute all aspects of the company's marketing and brand developmentManage all marketing facets: digital channels, digital advertising, email, social media, messaging and story development, copywriting, website design, public relations, partnerships and collaborations, and other areas to be determined by youDrive customer acquisition and retention through innovative campaignsLead design and development of digital and physical marketing materials and collateralManage budget allocation for marketing campaigns and initiativesUtilize data and analytics to measure and optimize marketing performanceProvide leadership to direct reports with a hands-on approach, and ensure effective engagement to reinforce a culture of collaboration, trust, and open communicationKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategiesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of current marketing trends and technologiesEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferredProven experience as a Marketing Director or similar roleCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered.
