Develops, plans, and executes an effective brand and marketing strategy that furthers the OnRamps mission through coordinated, cross-team efforts under the direction of the Assistant Director for Communications and Marketing.Responsibilities

Executes a marketing plan that includes marketing initiatives, promotions, advertising, and research to accomplish the strategic goals and objectives of OnRamps. Organizes marketing operations and initiatives, analyzes market trends for K12 and higher education, and presents findings or recommendations.

Develops a strong, consistent digital presence across the OnRamps website, social media platforms, and other online spaces to drive consistent, relevant leads. Collaborates with internal teams to produce successful marketing campaigns and promotional materials across all marketing channels. Provides sustained contributions to ongoing initiatives, as well as just-in-time assistance with seasonal, unexpected, and urgent projects.

Provides strategic marketing, advertisement, and communication for conferences and other identified events to increase brand awareness and outreach goals.

Tracks, measures, and analyzes all programmatic functions to highlight Return on Investment (ROI) and identifies opportunities for improvement. Conducts market research and analyzes trends to make recommendations for OnRamps initiatives. Produces monthly analytics reports to inform future strategies and content.

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, journalism, or closely related field.

3+ years of experience in marketing or marketing strategy development.

Solid understanding of marketing principles and tools/platforms.

Strong knowledge of social media, print and web.

Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing or marketing strategy development.

3+ years working in K12 or higher education.

Direct experience conducting market research and strategy.

Writing proficiency in Spanish.

$60,000 + depending on qualificationsWorking Conditions
