As a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist within the Critical Care division, craft and launch compelling content across multiple channels! Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

Collaborate with local and regional teams to manage website content for the Critical Care business unit globally, ensuring proper localization and timely publishing.

Recommend changes to website and landing pages to improve user experience and engagement

SEO and Keyword Research:

Conduct keyword research to enhance organic search visibility and optimize SEM campaigns.

Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and reduce low quality traffic.

Digital Content:

Work with agency partners to develop unique content for digital channels to engage visitors or move buyers further down the customer journey.

Partner with clinical education and PR teams to highlight thought leadership across digital channels in new and engaging ways.

Search Ads:

Develop and execute search ads based on keyword research and approved claims to drive high quality, targeted traffic.

Optimize ad performance based on analytics and insights.

Social Media:

Create and manage a social media content calendar, aligning with Brand team to ensure key initiatives are included.

Craft engaging social media posts that resonate with our B2B audience.

Coordinate and share with regional marketers to ensure global social content is accessible for use by other locales.

Monitor social channels and provide recommendations for increasing social engagement in a compliant manner.

Project Management:

Self-manage your marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns.

Global Collaboration:

Work closely with regional teams to adapt marketing strategies for local markets.

Foster collaboration across different regions to share best practices.

Other incidental duties as required.

What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field

5 years digital marketing experience in industry with complex B2B sales processes or Technology/Medical Devices/Pharma industry required

Proficiency in website management, SEO, SEM, and social media preferred

Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects

Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $88,000 to $124,000 (highly experienced).
