How you'll make and impact:

In this role, you will support strategic, omnichannel marketing campaigns for events, product launches, and key initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketer to join the Global Brand & Digital Marketing Team. In this role, you will support global product launches and key initiatives by developing strategic, omnichannel marketing campaigns, and delivering a consistent brand experience.

Develop messaging and global marketing campaigns for events, new product launches, and portfolio initiatives

Lead content development for The Surge blog

Manage marketing activities calendar, ensuring cohesion across our channel strategy

Manage agency partners, including delivering the strategy brief, and representing stakeholder feedback from creative reviews

Review materials for corporate identity, brand strategy, marketing guidelines and trademark requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Brand, and Legal

Manage campaign timelines, ensuring assets are completed and launched on time

What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in in related field with 3 years of related work experience or Master's Degree or equivalent in in related field with 1 year of related work experience required

Solid knowledge of marketing principles

Experience with both traditional and digital marketing levers, including sales tools, webpages, email campaigns, search, and social media

Experience in the healthcare industry preferred

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $83,000 to $117,000 (highly experienced).

The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience). Applications will accepted while this position is posted on our Career website.
