About the Team

VIZIO's Software Product Marketing team is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market plans for product launches and evergreen marketing strategies for long-term consumer engagement.

Product Marketing is the voice of the consumer. You will partner with Product Management, Partner & Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Project Management, Engineering, and Data/Insights teams to build compelling marketing stories and propel consumer adoption and engagement. You are the driving force behind the cross-team collaboration, positioning exercises, consumer/market research, creative development, and out-of-the-box thinking required to achieve high-impact launches. You optimize existing marketing projects and spearhead new, creative ways to meet our customers where they are: the VIZIO operating system. You connect us to our consumers and show them how we fit seamlessly into their entertainment experience.

We are a fast-paced team and looking for someone who has experience in B2C product marketing and a proven track record of translating technical products into consumer-friendly narratives, driving marketing strategies from end-to-end, and balancing a high volume of campaigns, projects, and stakeholders.

A successful candidate is a strategic, self-motivated, and results-oriented leader with a high aptitude for understanding technical products and propensity to think fast and be scrappy.

What You Will Do• Partner with the Senior Manager of Product Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and establish/maintain on-going interaction with VIZIO users along the customer journey.• Leverage all existing channels to drive increased product and content awareness, time spent on platform, and user loyalty.• Analyze multiple data sources to enhance the understanding of VIZIO users, provide recommendations for incremental optimizations, and develop audiences.• Work closely with Growth, Creative, Product, Corporate Communications and other cross-functional teams to strategize 360-degree marketing plans that drive off and on-screen engagement and reinforce VIZIO's market position.• Collaborate with Partner & Content Marketing to align on priorities and ensure product launches have the right content strategy mix.• Optimize the channel mix through rigorous testing and experimentation.

About You• You have 5+ years relevant professional experience.• You are an expert communicator who can translate technical information into consumer-friendly messaging and campaigns.• You thrive in an environment where data, technology, and consumer behavior are at the forefront of your day-to-day.• You have a bias-for-action mentality.• You are an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross-functional teams.• You have the demonstrated ability to understand data from various resources such as Tableau and Google Analytics and translate it into trends, actionable plans, and insight reports.• You are highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with unprompted follow-through.• You have earned a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Psychology (or similar program) or equivalent work experience.

For California-based employment:

The minimum salary for this position is $74,000.00/year. The maximum salary for this position $94,000.00/year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
