Compensation:

The target salary range for this role is $100,000-$115,000 and will be based on the individual's qualifications, skill-set, and experience in determining final salary. There will be an annual review for merit along with profit-sharing based on organizational and personal achievement.

Description

As a Product Marketing Manager you will focus on RBW product placement, pricing and positioning. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer behavior so that you can provide data driven feedback to the organization as well as conducting voice of the customer research. You will also be responsible for the successful creation and implementation of an effective market research process. You will be a member of the product development core team. Your success will be measured through the on-time launching of market relevant products on time and on budget that achieve their projected sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Innovation team to provide clear product briefs that differentiate our products with unique value propositionsResponsible for analysis of product success including but not limited to ease of installation, market pricing, and customer satisfactionSupport multi-year product strategy and communicate to key stakeholders across RBW; developing intake processes for feature enhancement suggestions.Responsible for managing customer advisory groupResponsible for reporting, analyzing, and sharing market data to drive business decisionsResponsible for analysis of Net Promoter ScoreInterview, analyze, and make recommendations to understand market needsMonitor product performance to make data-driven recommendations for product optimization and continuous improvementConduct market analysis of our target markets and competitorsSkills, Knowledge and Expertise

5+ years of experience in marketing and/or product development, preferably in interior lighting or related industry; photometry, IES files, UL, dimming protocols is a plusHave the ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams toward common goalsHave a proven track record of demonstrated leadership roles in multifunctional teamsExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationshipsAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlinesSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-drivenAbility to travel as needed to visit clients, attend trade shows, and other business-related eventsProficiency in using project management software, Wrike, Google Workspace, and other toolsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Working knowledge of/Proficiency with analytics and data-collection tools (Google Analytics, NetSuite, etc.)Benefits
