Responsible for overseeing strategic communications, this role encompasses the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies. From directing engaging content to managing social media, tracking impact metrics, and maintaining brand consistency.

Develop communications strategy delivering the right message to the right client at the right time using tactics such as social media, email, SMS, Direct Mail, etc.Manage and grow our social media presence to engage existing and potential clients across multiple platforms (Facebook, IG, etc.)Develop brands social media strategy, campaigns + marketing content plansMonitoring and interacting with clients and community organizations via the company social media accountsAnalyzing the company's social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvementsResearching and implementing social media trendsSetting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaignsExcellent writing skillsAbility to operate at a strategic level, coupled with the willingness to do whatever it takes to execute in the day-to-dayExceptional organizational and project management skills.Optimize, own, and manage our communications calendar, working collaboratively with our team to plan and publish content regularlySupport communications by managing cross-enterprise projects such as surveys, customer case studies, customer and brand videos, buildingthemes/narratives/storyboards, etc.Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with our in-house Videographer, Graphic Designer, Digital, Media Buyer and SEO managers Skills andDo I Have What it Takes?

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred or equivalent working experience.2+ years of relevant communications / marketing experience, ideally within a home services or HVAC organization.Proven experience designing and executing marketing or communications strategies/campaigns.Experience directing design of and publishing our print and digital content aligned with brand standards.Proficiency using these platforms: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Instagram, FacebookExperience interpreting analytics and employing metrics to tell a story/inform decision.
