We are seeking a talented Event/Environmental Graphic Designer to join our client's team for an exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience in tradeshow, environmental, and booth design, and will help create impactful visual assets for upcoming events. This role offers a dynamic work environment with the potential for long-term collaboration.
Initial commitment of 25-30 hours per week for 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:Design and develop engaging visual assets for tradeshows, environmental projects, and booth displays.Create graphics for various event-related applications, including park benches, floor stickers, and other environmental elements.Collaborate with the event team to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions that enhance the overall attendee experience.Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into innovative design concepts.Ensure all designs are on-brand, visually appealing, and effectively communicate the desired message.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.Adapt designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in experiential and environmental design.Qualifications:
Proven experience in tradeshow, environmental, and booth design.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and creative solutions.Excellent understanding of spatial design and how to create immersive experiences.Ability to conceptualize and execute design ideas from start to finish.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $45 - $49 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. 3 months (25-30 hours per week), with potential for long-term support
