About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic
Event Marketing Manager t o join our team and provide essential support in managing one of our client's most strategic customers. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in event planning, demand generation, content creation, and budget management. This role requires excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with account managers, technical associates, and customer executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Support:Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns.Generate and compile marketing or sales campaign reports.Project Management:
Manage an extensive scorecard of marketing deliverables and their production schedules.Track project milestones, team action items or tasks, and team progress reports.Event Support:
Support and manage events for customer executives and builders.Collaborate with account managers and technical associates to define schedules and agendas.Marketing Collateral Production:
Assist in the production of marketing collateral.Manage approvals and revisions for individual deliverables.Editorial Support:
Author basic marketing editorial content.Basic Qualifications:
7 years of experience in event planning, demand generation, content creation, and budget management.Bachelor's degree.Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Proficiency in negotiating and managing vendor contracts.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degreeFamiliarity with cloud technologies.Experience in marketing events management.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.79 to $44.21 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
