If you’re a Creative Project Manager interested in part-time work and are passionate and experienced working within the Tech space, this might the job for you!Our client’sConsumer Go-to-Market (GTM) team is looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end process of creative projects for their portfolio of apps. This role will act as a strategic liaison between various internal departments and external agencies, managing resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring the project’s successful completion. They will collaborate closely with creative teams and product managers to translate creative visions into actionable plans across many types of assets.Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for creative timelines and tasks to help the creative leads assign work to the internal creative team for a variety of campaigns and launch deliverables. Manage internal client expectations, objectives, timelines and negotiate dates and scopes of work as needed with internal customers in marketing, product and sales.Creative fluency:

Participate in the design phases including creative brief development (help Product Marketing Managers create best briefs possible) and kick-off (schedule and facilitate kickoff meetings), creative concepting and reviews (schedule reviews and keep deliverables on track), feedback and revisions (track down and collate feedback for designers) and debriefs. Well-versed in pre-production and post-production phases and various steps/stage gates of a commercialization process in order to communicate effectively with creative team and clients.Connector:

Able to clearly communicate with cross functional partners across the business in marketing, product, brand, designer, and outside agencies and vendors. Goal is to free marketers up rather than to monitor due dates and track down agency logistics.Required Qualification:Experience in creative services, project management or related field with track record of success managing creative process with an agency.Preferred Qualifications:Relevant experience with marketing environments working on creative development.Bachelor’s degree marketing, design, business or equivalent experience.Project management and strong organization skills.Excellent written, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.Proven capabilities to drive positive business results through collaboration and partnerships.Cross-functional project management skills to organize a busy workload and deliver projects on time.Strong attention to detail, passion for strategic thinking and problem solving, and ability to deliver rich, business insights to drive business decisions.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.22 to $50.24 an hour.
