Position Purpose

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing and supporting comprehensive marketing strategies to engage CASE members and wider audiences. The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing CASE's marketing efforts by executing targeted campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, creating engaging content, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Compensation:

$53,000 - $57,000 depending on experience. Full-time, exempt level employee are eligible for various benefits including vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, flexible spending plans, employee assistance plan, legal resources plans, tuition reimbursement, and participation in CASE's retirement plan. CASE is eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.

Essential Functions

The core functions of this position include but are not limited to the following:

Execute email marketing campaigns to communicate with CASE members and audiences. Utilize email marketing platform (HubSpot) to build marketing emails, identify segmented audiences, personalize content, and track campaign effectiveness.Coordinate marketing efforts to promote conferences, online learning, surveys and other initiatives.Maintain campaign folders and organize marketing copy and outreach lists for campaigns.Update campaign information and maintain consistency with digital and design teams.Create promotional social media posts to support marketing initiatives and maintain social media toolkits for volunteer groups.Work with digital coordinator on scheduling of social media posts, and with the marketing team to distribute social toolkits for volunteers.Support in writing and editing of engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, website, and print materials.Collaborate with colleagues to review marketing materials and campaigns in a timely, organized manager, and support marketing initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.Fiscal Management/Budget Responsibilities/Judicious Use of Resources

Exercises fiscal responsibility in the utilization of all CASE resources.Liaison Responsibilities

Works cooperatively and diplomatically with all divisions and regions.Liaises with CASE colleagues in other parts of the world to ensure the best sharing of ideas, expertise and knowledge.Incorporates tasks and/or projects related to objectives as directed by the CASE Strategic Plan.Image Responsibilities

In keeping with the CASE Values Statement, ensures that CASE is well represented by exercising a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and ethics, in all activities, services, and products.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.

Education and Experience:

The ideal candidate for the Marketing Coordinator position should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Skills and Abilities:

A demonstrated interest in advancing education in the not-for-profit sector.A strong commitment to contributing to an organizational culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion.An understanding and interest in engaging with a broad range of cultures and countries.Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.Experience with social media management and content creation.Strong writing and editing skills for various marketing channels.Ability to coordinate campaigns and collaborate with multiple teams.Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics and tracking campaign effectiveness.Alternative Work Arrangement:

As of January 1, 2022, CASE implemented an Alternative Work Arrangement policy where, after 4 weeks of employment, eligible staff are given the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week and in office 3 days per week.
