The marketing assistant role at KL&A is an entry level position with opportunities for career growth as we expand to different markets and locations. Responsibilities
Assist Marketing Coordinator with maintaining brand standards for graphics across all platforms.Support social media management including content creation, posting, and campaign management.Assist in updating and maintaining the KL&A website.Aid in maintaining marketing materials such as project lists, resumes, and qualifications.Assist in proposal preparation and tracking, including emails and proposal document preparation.Support employee branding initiatives including staff headshots and maintaining business cards.Assist in maintaining project information and updating VantagePoint.Aid in award submittals, marketing campaigns, and strategic planning.Support the Marketing Business Development team with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tasks and other administrative duties as required.Maintains business and professional licensing.This is an in-office position with hybrid work possible after training.The role can be filled in either Loveland or Golden. If hired in Loveland, individuals will be expected to travel to the Golden office as needed.Required Qualifications:
Able to work in the US now and in the future without sponsorship2+ years in Marketing related roleExperience in Adobe InDesignBonus Qualifications:
Experience in the AEC industryAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fieldExperience with Deltek VantagePointTo Be Successful:
