TITLE: Marketing Manager (exempt/non-union/full time/in-person)

Reports to: Leadership Team

Position Summary: Cody Vermette Group is looking for a Marketing Manager to support our business objectives through well-crafted internal and external communications. Reporting to our Leadership Team, you will help present our company to prospective clients through written proposals, website content, and social media content. In this role, you will draft messages to increase our social media and market presence, work with local business journals to promote our company, manage internal communications through our monthly employee newsletter, and be responsible for sourcing and purchasing all promotional items and apparel. We are looking for a go-getter who possesses excellent people and communication skills and isn't afraid to think outside of the box. The Marketing Manager supports CVG's Project Management team by promoting the company both internally and externally using multiple forms of written communication.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create content for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and prospective client presentations.Increase the company's social media presence with regular, targeted posts on LinkedIn and Instagram.Develop content for company's LinkedIn page.Develop website content in conjunction with web designer.Schedule and manage professional photographer to gain project and personnel photos. Maintain all photos files for use as needed.Write and produce monthly internal newsletter.Work with printing vendor for production of business cards and all printed materials.Identify, source, and manage production of promotional items and apparel for employees, clients, and possible recruiting fairs.Manage annual corporate holiday gift selection, sourcing, production, and delivery.Manage annual holiday party and employee gift selection, sourcing, and production.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in English and/or Communications preferred.Knowledge of and experience in construction industry preferred.Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Outlook.Excellent written and verbal communication with impeccable attention to detail and ability to function effectively under time pressure.Experience with social media marketing.Organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent follow-through skills.Ability to build and foster positive team relationships.Maintains a professional environment, demonstrates ethical behavior, and uses good judgment.Be adaptable, flexible, and resilient while managing multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.EXTENSIVE EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PACKAGE:

This position has an annual salary range of $80,000 - $105,000k. The actual salary offer will be carefully considered based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience. The range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for company-funded health, dental, vision, life, disability along with retirement plans.
