Description
Scope:
This position will coordinate and oversee a variety of marketing projects and objectives as assigned by the Marketing Director and/or Social Media Manager. The initial emphasis will be on executing social media objectives as well as monitoring compliance approvals and out-of-home marketing.
Functions:
Perform social media tasks as assigned and scheduled by the Social Media Manager.Monitor the out-of-home marketing program (billboards, buses, etc.) including competition tracking, quality assurance, and creative scheduling by market.Monitor compliance approvals for all advertisements.Report project status updates regularly to the Marketing Director and Social Media Manager in the form on weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.Create design assets for social media and other mediums utilizing Canva and/or other design programs.Provide additional support to the marketing department where needed.Other duties as assignedRequirements
Required Qualifications:
High school diplomaProficiency with social media platformsProficiency or willingness to learn CanvaWillingness to shift priorities and assist others to accomplish the marketing department's goalsPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field a plus.2+ years of marketing experience
