Senior UX Strategist (Hybrid)

Location: Paoli, PennsylvaniaJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $115,000 - 140,000 per yearOur financial services client is seeking a Senior UX Strategist to join their Financial Advisor Services division. In this role, you will direct the user experience strategy of digital products for both the operations teams and the clients they serve. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital experiences in the financial services industry and make a meaningful impact on how users interact with financial products and services. Responsibilities:Identify and address complex problems using qualitative and quantitative research, conceptualization, information architecture, and interaction design principles.Create a vision for the user experience of digital products within the product family.Engage in a design discovery process to visually model essential capabilities for product teams to incorporate into their backlogs.Support product managers and owners in developing roadmaps with prioritized features and a proposed schedule for new capabilities.Employ various qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to enhance the user experience continually. Use data and client feedback to inform critical design decisions.Identify competitor products' user experience features that threaten a sustainable competitive advantage, and stay current with the latest industry technologies, products, and features.Apply human-centered design methods to plan, facilitate, and synthesize outcomes from design thinking workshops.Use narrative storytelling techniques to create presentation materials for stakeholders and leadership.Design and maintain detailed, user-centered, empathy-driven design artifacts (personas, archetypes, mindsets) based on user research to guide design decisions.Develop and leverage a professional network to foster enterprise-wide collaboration, support company initiatives, and improve the department's problem-solving capabilities.Mentor and develop junior UX strategists as needed.Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Experience level: ManagerAn undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative or technical field.
