Job Description:The (Part-Time) Digital/Web Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company's online presence, ensuring the website remains accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines. A primary role will also be to generate sales leads via our online presence.The position will collaborate with various departments to help create compelling website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product/service pages. The specialist will also utilize google and social media analytics tools to monitor website performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and drive leads. Previous SEO experience is expected.This part-time position will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with multiple departments, with potential to grow into full-time (if desired). This type of rewarding work inspires our staff to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring accuracy, up-to-date content, and SEO optimization.

Collaborate with departments to create new website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product/service pages.

Manage pay-per-click or other paid digital advertising within budget and timelines

Work with sales and marketing to develop and implement comprehensive web marketing strategies to outrank competitors and generate leads.

Monitor website performance using analytics tools and implement improvements to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates.

Measure the ROI of SEO efforts, web initiatives, and help set goals for the department.

Multi-task different digital marketing tasks with teammates to meet marketing timelines and goals

Generate reports on web marketing metrics as needed

Create and manage email campaigns as needed

Qualifications1 to 2 years minimum of proven experience with SEO marketing, pay-per-click marketing, web/digital marketing or similar role

Experience marketing in healthcare or software services is preferred but not required

Working knowledge of web marketing best practices, brand development, creative processes, as well as new platforms and emerging technologies.

Strong SEO (on-site and off-site) & SEM knowledge.

Experience in web site builder/development tools like Weebly, WordPress, GoDaddy, etc.

Proficiency in Adobe s CC suite and Microsoft Suite preferred

Experience with social media channels, primarily Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook (Meta)

Superior written and communication skills

Ability to execute email marketing campaigns effectively.

Self-starter mentality with the ability to turn thoughts into action and make ideas a reality.

Summary: The Digital/Web Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's online presence, creating compelling website content, and implementing SEO strategies to drive leads and outrank competitors.
