We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PSS Director of Marketing to join our team.

As the PSS Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing our Channel (Customer) Marketing, Product Marketing teams and driving overall demand as aligned with the overarching commercial strategy. You will also collaborate closely with our offering managers to successfully launch new NPI.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the Channel Marketing and Product Marketing teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.

Lead the creative spark process for the integrated marketing-commercial plan.

Drive inputs to the marketing plan, including those from leadership, and create structured priorities. This includes contributing to the regional Annual Operating Plan achievement and providing inputs to commercial indicators.

Guide the product lifecycle to ensure US&C product roadmap priorities are fully understood and aligned with the global team.

Collaborate with offering managers to develop and implement marketing plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use this information to drive marketing strategies.

Develop and execute demand generation marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, to effectively promote our products and services.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure effective communication and alignment of marketing initiatives.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize marketing impact.

Own customer relationships, engage and visit with key customers including channel partners for VoC and marketing strategy planning.

Leadership MOS:

Meetings: Conduct weekly 1:1s and team calls with a structured agenda and opportunities for feedback.

Onboarding: Directly provide onboarding for new hires. Onboarding must be conducted by the US&C marketing director.

Responsibility Clarification: Clearly delineate responsibilities between delegation to the team and tasks the marketing director will own.

Coaching and Guidance: Act as a coach, guide, and barrier remover for the team.

Executive Support: Attend and support regional input on identified executive leadership calls (marketing/SIOP minimum).

Team Call Presence: Elevate presence on relevant team calls by including structured content on initiatives (e.g., regional leadership and channel calls).

Product Lifecycle Input: Lead and improve regional input to the offering management team on product lifecycle.

Lead-Handling Process: Manage the regional lead-handling process, focusing on desired improvements in quality and timeliness.

Office Availability: Be available to the team working in the office, adhering to a 3+2 hybrid flexible schedule.

Deliverables Management: Own identified deliverables/initiatives and load balance across the team.

We Value:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred. - Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the technology industry.

Strong knowledge of channel marketing and product marketing strategies and best practices.

Experience working with offering managers to successfully launch new products. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
