Summary:

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for driving the brand's voice and building the community through the management of our social media platforms. This position will look after the community growth and management of the Leonor Greyl Paris brand in the U.S. This is the perfect position for someone wanting to learn and grow in the marketing field.Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Collaborate with the Marketing team on social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), staying up to date with trending content and best practices.Day-to-day social channel management from ideation to execution; including mapping out all content, creating asset briefs, planning feed, stories, reels, scheduling and maintaining an organized social calendarRespond to all social media messages and comments, and engage with relevant posts and industry contentManage stylist and influencer outreach through Instagram, including researching, vetting, and ongoing relationship managementInput all sales orders for social media and influencer send-outs, and follow through with tracking and receiptManage Affiliate Program and review applications, and once approved, work with web manager to create custom promotion codes. Manage content for accuracy, and recap monthly payments for earned commission. Conduct trend research and best practices to grow social platforms while elevating overall brand social strategy in real timeManage ongoing inhouse content development and creation including photography, Reels, TikTok, etc.Monitor content performance analysis and reporting across all social media platformsOptimize content according to SEOTrack KPI's and create weekly and monthly recap reports highlighting resultsOther projects as needed (e.g., customer surveys, giveaways/campaigns, partner marketing support, etc.)Requirements:BA in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred or 2+ years relevant experienceMinimum of 1+ years' experience in social media or brand marketing (internship experience accepted)Experience building and executing social marketing campaigns and calendarsUnderstands platform best practices and up-to-date design needs/restrictions across socialAbility to own campaigns for ideation through launchProactive, takes initiative and has strong work ethicSelf-starter - flexible and able to execute upon multiple projects and against tight deadlinesProficiency in Google Business Suite, Canva (or other creative design software), MS OfficeKnowledge of Later, MailChimp, Meta Business Suite is a plusExperience in the beauty industry a plus!
