More information about this jobThe Marketing/Sales Coordinator will support the efforts of the Business Development department through various projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field. Experience working with online documentations and proposal software is desirable. Must be proficient in the use of computer based applications such as Microsoft Office suites, as well as possess strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

Construct graphic design for invitations, flyers, digital welcomes sign and miscellaneous projects

Generate graphs, table, organization charts as needed for projects or proposals

Design, edit, and perform maintenance of project profiles

Perform routine maintenance and development of company website

Create posts and monitor social media accounts

Design and prepare company brochure

Create, implement, and oversee Marketing/Business Development templates (Proposal materials, presentations, resumes, project profiles, etc…)

Coordinate advertising production (print, billboard, digital, online, etc…)

Develop job/project proposals as requested

Qualifications

Physical

Occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds

Regularly required to talk or hear

Frequently required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms

Subject to repetitive use of hands/arms

Occasionally required to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, use hands and fingers to handle and feel

Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus

Must have the ability to direct others and communicate effectively with other management/ supervision

Talking and reading & writing comprehension is necessary for giving and receiving directions to perform work and/or safety policy
