Retention Marketing Specialist

to lead retention marketing efforts across multiple brands. This is a full-time position reporting to the VP of E-Commerce.This role is 5 days a week at our NYC officesPrimary Responsibilities:Coordinate transactional and relationship emailsImplement customer engagement and retention planningManage main customer programs ranging from referral, loyalty, and customer offersCreate e-mail concepts based on product assortments and the promotional calendar generated by the product teamManage and create E-mail and SMS calendar in ASANAWrite finished email copy including subject linesDesign customer segments for improved e-mail and SMS performanceManage drip campaigns for e-mail and SMSConduct weekly analyses to highlight important insights and report on metrics. Lead the results of the programs and suggest improvement opportunities.Implement test and learn opportunities to guide insights and develop a business case for new experiments (e-mail and SMS A/B testing)Collaborate with senior manager to perform customer and competitive analysis to help identify whitespace opportunities and increase retention across important customer groupsWork with marketing team on lead generation campaigns aimed at list growthExperience & Skills:3+ years of experience in a similar roleStrong quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication skillsProject management skills to initiate and drive efforts to completionAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively across teamsExceptionally organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentSalary: $65k-$75kThis position description is not intended to be and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills or working conditions associated with this position.
