POSITION SUMMARYDrive TOGO'S sales and transactions by providing marketing support across a variety of channels and platforms supporting brand promotions and new and existing locations. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to build strong working relationships with Franchisees, Support Team and vendor partners.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESNEW RESTAURANT OPENING/REMODELS/TRANSFERS (60%)Create and execute Marketing and Grand Opening plans for new restaurant openings, transfers & remodelsCoordinate and attend opening events and conduct site visits both before and after openingResearch, source and follow-up on creative designs and promotional ideasWork closely with new franchisees in presenting ideas & recommending marketing choicesEnsure instore merchandising and promotional materials are at store for openingCoordinate schedules, as assigned, with outside agencies and vendors to achieve deadlinesEnsure new restaurant/transfer store rewards emails and social campaigns are implementedTrack opening marketing spend and code related invoices for paymentLOCAL STORE MARKETING & BRAND PROMOTIONS (20%)Coordinate instore social influencer dines and station interview and food drop offsProactively maintain Fundraising, Catering & LSM Toolkits and seasonally communicate availability to FranchiseesFacilitate custom marketing requests between franchisees and creative agencies as neededSet up promo & coupon codes, as needed, on online ordering platformsSupport new product testing and brand promotion roll-outSchedule seasonal instore music and brand messaging commercials with third party service

TRACKING/REPORTING (20%)Manage store seasonal & holiday hours on online dashboardsOptimize Search by ensuring accurate store listings across website, online ordering site and multiple platformsWrite store visit summariesUpdate project status and materials tracking documentCreate reports that summarize results of executed initiativesCreate reports as requested including competitor information and industry news and trendsProcess vendor invoices for completed projects and tasksCOMPETENCIESCommunications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SPECIAL SKILLSBS Marketing, Communications, or related field2-3+ years of experience in marketing, project management, and/or customer experienceExperience working with and managing 3rd party vendorsProject management experienceWillingness to learn technology and apply learningData Analysis and Management (Excel, Word, Power Point, Sharepoint)Ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding time framesStrong organizational skillsStrong time management ability - able to work in a home environment as neededPHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENTKeyboarding and mousing; operating basic office equipmentTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the job.
