We're looking for an expert in Enterprise Customer Advocacy/Marketing who is passionate about creating a consistent customer journey to join Udemy's world-class Customer Marketing team. The Customer Marketing and Advocacy Lead will play a pivotal role in developing and executing high-level strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy. This individual will be responsible for driving compelling customer-marketing content and communications, fostering strong relationships with customers, and amplifying their voices across various channels.What you'll be doingDevelop and execute comprehensive enterprise-level customer marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and advocacy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop customer personas, journey maps, and segmentation strategies.Manage customer interviews to gain a deeper understanding of the Udemy use case and develop content with customers, the customer success team, product management, and the content team.Provide support for earnings, panels, and events by providing customer speakers, logos, and engagement.Manage and build out a robust executive advisory counsel (EAC), including the identification, recruitment, and activation of advisors by working closely with CSMs and Sales.Lead the customer awards process from the submission process, council review, and script for keynote announcement at flagship event.Manage logo win report and pipeline dashboard review of marquee logos, push through legal auditing and tracking, maintain permitted logos, and manage field requests for logo usage.Responsible for overall customer marketing budget and budget processes, including tracking of expenses and oversee individual budget reconciliation and accrualsDevelop a scalable Reference Program for public and Udemy centric activities. Agreement of key evidence materials to drive awareness, provide tangible evidence of success that can be shared with prospects and fellow customers.Partner with the Sr. Director of Customer Marketing to develop dashboards tracking Advisory Boards, Reviews, References, Engagement and in a consistent manner allowing for real time review and management.What you'll have10+ years of experience in a Customer Advocacy/Marketing role in an Enterprise-level business environmentSalesforce, Highspot/Seismic, and reference software experienceTeam management experienceWe understand that not everyone will match each of the above qualifications. Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.

Hiring Compensation Range

$152,000-$190,000 USD
