OVERVIEW

As Marketing Director at Soko Glam, you will lead both the marketing and merchandising teams, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategic marketing and merchandising initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a visionary leader who can integrate marketing and merchandising functions to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall business growth. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies that align with our company's goals and market trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute integrated marketing and merchandising strategies to increase revenue, enhance customer acquisition, and expand brand awareness across various channels.Oversee the entire marketing and merchandising operations, ensuring strategic alignment with Soko Glam's business objectives and market opportunities.Lead the creation and management of promotional campaigns, product launches, and strategic partnerships, ensuring they meet market demands and company standards.Monitor and analyze performance metrics for all marketing and merchandising activities, utilizing data to optimize future strategies and resource allocation.Manage budgets across marketing and merchandising departments, maintaining financial discipline to ensure profitability and effective ROI on marketing spend.Inspire and manage a team of marketing and merchandising professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.Act as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall business strategy and operational decisions.Stay abreast of industry trends and consumer behavior, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain competitive edge and meet consumer expectations.QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 12 years of marketing experience, including significant leadership roles that encompass both strategic planning and hands-on execution.Proven expertise in crafting integrated marketing strategies that effectively align with business and financial objectives.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.Strong financial acumen with experience managing substantial marketing budgets and forecasting.Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of managing diverse teams and influencing senior stakeholders.Must have a deep understanding of the beauty industry, consumer trends, and market dynamics.In accordance with the applicable law, the following represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum compensation range for this position:

The estimated annual pay range for this role is $130,000-$165,000.
