Our exciting global retail client is looking for a Motion Designer to join their team. The Creative team at our client produces executions that are audience-led, insights-driven, measurable, on-brand, and ultimately lead to a memorable experience for the end-user. We care about the user experience and design creative solutions that will be useful and delightful for them while also delivering against brands' objectives/KPIs.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and optimistic individual who is passionate about advertising and able to transform 2D creative concepts into beautiful motion work for our advertisers. You will be focused on a specific vertical (i.e., Food, Consumables, Entertainment, etc.) working with various advertisers to create compelling animations. This role is right for you if you are an innovative thinker and visual storyteller with an ability to build and maintain professional relationships, and effective time and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and Copywriters to create and produce compelling digital solutions that align with business objectives outlined in project briefs.Ensure projects are delivered with both the brand and partner brands in mind.Storyboard, create and edit videos/animatics with brand consistency.Provide expertise in motion design and principles of animation.Deliver high-quality assets in multiple formats for various devices.Position Requirements:

4+ years of creative video experience, especially in

omni channel ,

multi-brand retail industry.Passion for motion design, video editing and production.Proficient knowledge of Adobe CC: After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Animation experience,

Cinema 4D

or other

3D related software

is a plusSolid organizational skills, detail oriented. Capable of working on multiple projects concurrently in a very fast paced environment, ensuring that quality deliverables are achieved on time.Strong relationship-building skills. Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines. Enjoys working with others and collaborating with a positive attitude.Exceptional communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal.The drive to excel and succeed; self-motivated, managing projects effectively.

Potential for contract to convert to FTE.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35.63 to $39.59 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
