Our client, a major CPG company, is looking for a remote Digital Designer. They need a candidate who can hadle a full plate of project. This company has 13 brands you will be working on, so the ability to juggle and pivot is essential. Oh, great design chops are needed too!
Job Description:Concept & ideate on new and existing brand collateral under brand team/ art Director's guidanceWill repurpose and edit content created by agencies as well as develop digital assetsManage the design portion of projects, including project status, job trafficking, and timelinesFollow production design standards and prepare final art files to release to agencies or internal stakeholdersAdhere to brand guidelines and serve as the organization's brand steward, ensuring all visual materials are on-brand and high-qualityMUST HAVE:
3+ years of professional fulltime design experience in an agency or in-house environment (not including freelance work).BA or MA in Graphics or Visual Communication DesignExpertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier and MS PowerPoint.Big pluses: Illustration skills; animation; hand lettering skills; video/motion graphics; photography; retouching, (NOT REQUIRED but does help!)Excellent time and project management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsInnovative thinker when it comes to visual communicationsDemonstrated ability to develop and execute visual concepts in a highly collaborative environmentThe motivation to maintain and improve design standardsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to achieve business needsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to see the big picture and how individual projects work together to fulfill business objectives
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48 - $50.68/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
