How you will help us create value together:

Aftermarket sales generates the largest share of total profit for the company across all business segments and this position is responsible for achieving Aftermarket sales revenue and profit margin (SVM) targets set by the company and delivering world class Aftermarket Support for the Loading BU (EMS/EWL). This position will also: Lead and manage a staff of Regional Parts Sales Managers (RPSM).

Provide customer support for the regions and 3rd party dealers where needed to promote and execute parts sales and equipment support. Provide the primary POC between the region and the factory for Aftermarket sales & support. Build and strengthen customer satisfaction with the Komatsu Genuine Parts brand by achieving targets for on-time delivery to our distributors, affiliates, and end customers with the goal of providing "the right part, at the right time, at the right price" to our end customers.

The global Aftermarket Parts business will generate Sales Revenues exceeding in FY24. This position is responsible for the Aftermarket Sales for all Wheel Loader (Loading BU) Mining equipment globally:

Key Job Responsibilities

Responsible for Wheel Loader (WL) Aftermarket Sales RevenuesResponsible for annual Profit Margin (SVM)Directs decisions which have significant impact on Distributor and Company inventories.Responsible for Aftermarket Sales strategies for Electric WL Equipment in all markets.Represents Electric WL Equipment Aftermarket in establishment of Global and Regional Customer agreements. Liaison with all Surface Mining divisions to ensure Aftermarket representation in development of agreements.Develops and negotiates Consignment contracts with distributors, affiliates, and end customers.Directly interacts, influences, and builds consensus with distributor, affiliate, and end customer executives/senior leaders to execute Aftermarket sales and customer support strategies.Conducts GEMBA visits to understand customer pain points, and will work to develop programs to improve total operating cost (TCO).Develops and directs cross functional activities that will drive continuous improvement in end customer satisfaction of the loading equipment businessCollaborates across all regions to deliver regular reporting of Aftermarket KPI's & identify and lead CI initiatives improve performance with regional collaboration.Qualifications/Requirements

University degree (B.S./B.A.) in Marketing or Business required. Advanced degree (MBA) desired.Ten years' experience in sales or marketing in construction/mining industry, equipment supplier or dealer with 5+ years of direct P&L responsibility showing the ability to successfully grow revenue and margin.Demonstrated leadership skills supported by superior presentation and communication skills, including computer proficiency (MS Office, application tools as required).Highly organized and efficient time manager, especially relating to optimizing travel and customer/product visits.Strong ability to analyze complex technical situations, determine root cause, identify actions and lead resolution and implementation.Ability to work closely with Komatsu personnel, customers, distributors and vendors to achieve results. And long-term success.Knowledge and experience with the product development process, including new product development from concept to production.Demonstrated human relations skills to lead, direct and motivate people.
