Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant Role include:
Orchestrating and executing marketing events to drive sales and brand awareness
Responding to customer inquiries and feedback during events to ensure a positive brand experience
Creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Leading and motivating a team of event sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Participating in team meetings to brainstorm ideas, share best practices, and strategize for upcoming events
Developing and delivering training sessions for new team members to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for success
Attending client meetings for sales and business development to foster strong relationships and explore growth opportunities
Traveling to business development events to represent the company and network with potential clients and partners
Building and maintaining customer relationships for clients by providing personalized service and follow-up communication
Having excellent knowledge of our brand and product to effectively promote them during events and interactions with customers
Requirements:
Must be 18 years old to apply
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills.
