Position Summary:
We seek a skilled WordPress Developer & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position involves developing and maintaining WordPress websites for our clients and managing and executing social media strategies to enhance their online presence and engagement. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional with a flair for creative content and an understanding of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
WordPress Development:
· Design, develop, and update WordPress sites, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and reflect the clients’ branding and objectives.
· Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and efficiency.
· Ensure website security by implementing best practices and regular updates.
· Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and perform regular maintenance.
· Collaborate with the development team to integrate new technologies and ensure websites meet current web standards.
Social Media Management:
· Develop and implement social media strategies that align with company and client goals, increasing brand awareness and driving website traffic.
· Create engaging content for a variety of platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, and Instagram.
· Analyze and report on the performance of social media activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
· Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
· Create flyers and posts for broad platform distribution based on customer-defined content.
· Stay updated on new social media trends and best practices, integrating them into strategies to enhance effectiveness.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in WordPress development, with a portfolio showcasing previous projects.
· Solid understanding of web technologies.
· Experience with social media management, content creation, and analytics platforms.
· Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce compelling content.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.

Our software is used at about 70 Tribes across the country.
