developing community strategy that supports the overall business goals, as well as
building relationships and d

programs to foster engagement with our customer community around Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting creative professional

You’ll
DoDefine and execute
the community strategy for Adobe’s video category, ensuring the team’s community motions are aligned with overall video goals, priorities, and
KPIs
across product launches and in the day-to-day.
Launch
,
run
, and
increase
impact of
ongoing
Community
programs
,
including
VIP
programs
and community partnerships.
Partner with Product Marketing,
Integrated
Marketing, Social, and
other
cross-
functional
teams to
amplify
Community
programs
and
ensure
the team
is
supporting
key business
objectives
.
Work
closely
with
other
Community teams to drive impact
at
the video
category
level
,
including
in EMEA.
Build and
nurture
relationships
with community leaders and event organizers.
Measure
and track
impact
of video community
programs
.
Manage
vendors
, contractors, and
freelancers
for
program
support.
What You Need to Succeed7-10 years of experience in marketing, community building, or video/media.
Bachelor’s
degree,
preferably
in film, marketing,
communications
, business, or
another
field
relevant
to creative communities
is
required
or
equivalent
practical
experience
Excellent communication (especially writing), networking, and project management skills.
Ability
to work
independently
across
large
internal
teams
as
well
as
with partner
organizations
in the community.
Ability
to travel up to 25% of the time.
Experience
using
Creative Cloud tools and services
is
a bonus.
A love for creativity as well as knowledge of and empathy for the global video community.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $100,100 -- $206,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.Adobe will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment in accordance with state and local laws and “fair chance” ordinances.
