We are seeking an

Associate Marketing Communications Manager

for our

First Quality Consumer Products.

This role is responsible for the development and execution of internal and external communications that support the company's vision, mission, brand, and strategic efforts. The Associate Marketing Communications Manager works across the enterprise to support and amplify First Quality's stories through compelling internal and external content and effective, measurable communications.

Primary responsibilities include:

Build comprehensive communications strategies, engagement, and execution plans aligned to corporate priorities that are grounded in communications' best practices and a deep understanding of how the business operates.Support development of dynamic content for external corporate website, including content calendar management, editing, auditing, and approvals.Partner with cross-functional team members to provide support for company initiatives, ensuring internal alignment on company voice and branding.Develop internal communications across a variety of channels in both digital and print formats, including ownership of company's internal employee newsletter.Develop First Quality's social media strategy and editorial calendar, managing all corporate social media channel content and community management.Develop, implement, and manage LinkedIn strategies for key executives.Review communications for accuracy, style consistency, grammar, and punctuation.Manage company reputation, as well as monitor industry news and competitor activity across traditional media and social media.Provide media analysis to monitor the success of communication initiatives, tracking brand visibility and sentiment.Develop, cultivate, and manage relationships with regional and national media to advance First Quality's reputation.Prepare articles, press kits, press releases, and other materials to support media relations activities.Manage company-wide charitable programs including contracts and co-marketing opportunities.The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field.5 years preferred experience in a marketing or communications role.Consumer product industry experience a plus.3 or more years' experience in professional copywriting and copyediting.2 or more years' experience with social media management, editorial calendar planning, and social listening.Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.Experience using marketing support tools, including social media management and website analytics.Familiarity with SEO basics and digital marketing strategies.Highly skilled in creating presentations in a professional setting and comfortable with public speaking.Proactive, organized and efficient with high standards for grammar/visual consistency and accuracy.Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.Self-motivated and able to work with short deadlines and competing demands.Strong accountability and completion of tasks without close supervision.Embraces an entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to explore new ideas, the tenacity to drive to execution, and flexibility to take on different roles and duties as required.Normal mobility, manual dexterity, normal visual and auditory ability.Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language and perform basic mathematical skills.Open to candid feedback and brings initiative, humility and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
