Position Description:
TheMarketing Assistant will be key in supporting our marketing initiatives andcampaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to help develop,implement, and analyze marketing strategies.
PrimaryResponsibilities & Essential Functions:
Assist with daily tasks including scheduling, email management, and preparing documents.Create and manage reports, presentations, and marketing materials.Support marketing projects and campaigns by tracking progress and providing administrative help.Assist in organizing marketing events.Maintain and update marketing databases and contact lists.Experience& Abilities:
High school diploma orequivalent1-2 years of experience insales, marketing, advertising, or retail-related settings are an assetProficient in MS OfficeKnowledge of MailChimp,Excel, Google Business, and LinkedIn a plusProven administrativeskills, including organizing, scheduling, and coordinating tasksStrong written and verbalcommunication skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
