Bold is looking for a

Product Designer

to take roadmap opportunities and turn them into validated user experiences so our team can efficiently build features that support our older adult members.

To help us achieve our mission, we are looking to hire a

Product Designer

who has a commitment to inclusive design practices while showcasing empathy towards users, and envisions a world world where every aging adult has access to personalized, convenient online workouts This is a full time hybridrole based in Los Angeles and will report to our Director of Product.

As a key member of our Product team, here's what you'll do:

Key Outcomes:

Partner with Product and Design to understand user needs and create intuitive wireframes and lo-fi concepts, focusing on mobile-first experiences and program personalizationFocus on engagement and retention while showcasing empathy toward our users by gathering feedback then iterating on designs or existing featuresCreate visually appealing high-fidelity designs that support our roadmap goalsWork cross-functionally with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide support during the development process, especially for native app interactionsPerform QA and usability testing, ensuring that the final product meets design specifications and accessibility standardsThe most important skills for the role are*:

3+ years experience

as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing your design process, from lo-fi concepts or user flows to wireframes to finalized designProduct Design:

Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into feature designs. Familiarity with design systems, particularly in a mobile-first environmentDesign Tools:

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similarCommunication:

Ability to work cross functionally while effectively articulating design decisions and incorporating feedback. Showcases empathy towards users from diverse backgrounds and a commitment to inclusive design practicesOrganization & Planning:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with front-end development : Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, particularly in mobile and data integration projectsIn addition to the above, it would be great if you also had:

Compensation:

We're committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will

earn between $100k-130k annually.

The exact salary will depend on the amount of relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role. You will also receive meaningful equity in the form of a stock option grant.
