Must possess a valid state driver's license and obtain a valid Florida driver's license within thirty (30) days of hire or promotion.Key ResponsibilitiesManages the day-to-day workload and assignment of marketing projects. Acts as first point of contact for incoming jobs and assigns appropriate work to the appropriate Marketing Specialist.Designs and implements organizational marketing strategies with specific goals, audience and objective to measure progress againstIdentifies key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop/advance goals for the organization's marketing efforts as well as specific campaigns to ensure efforts reach, move and/or grow target audiences.Oversees all City marketing plans and projects to ensure quality, brand consistency and effectiveness.Partners with other departments to identify needs and develop solutions for marketing workflows and process standards for product/campaign development.Generates innovative ideas to increase web traffic and ensure web best practices are met by leveraging staff training and other resources to improve search engine marketing.

Block of hours which incorporates sick and vacation. Accrues at 16.67 hours per month for an annual total of 5 weeks (200 hours). Accrual increases to 20.00 hours per month after 6 years of service and continues at a yearly increase after 10 years of service.

City recognizes 11 holidays which include: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
