Job Description
To assist the Travel Industry Marketing Manager in carrying out all Travel Industry Marketing activities to achieve high pax penetration in the shops.
•
To achieve a high in-shop pax penetration and repeat penetration by taking prompt action regarding the groups which fail to turn up as scheduled
•
Explore new travel agents accounts to increase market penetration
•
To maintain relationship with all travel agents as well as business travel industrial related companies, e.g. hotels, airlines, etc.
•
Compile all kinds of reports with analysis for the penetration, promotions and programs updates
•
Well learn the marketing intelligence to provide the monthly/weekly forecast with rationale
•
To maintain good relationship with travel agents guides and handle all complaints from travel agents
•
To handle daily travel agents problem after sales service, refund, discount, credit sales and giveaways
•
To liaise with stores to carried out TG trainings, TG incentive programs and other LTA promotions etc.
•
Well and clear communication with teams and internal departments to support all the incentives, promotions and activities are executed successfully
•
To be responsible for training and coaching second line management in his/her area of responsibility
•

Key Requirements
•
University graduate or above
•
3 to 5 years’ relevant experience preferable in the tourism/ retail industry, with minimum 3 years’ supervising experience
•
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work well with personnel at various levels
•
Strong luxury service mindset and be customer-oriented
•
Good ability at problem solving and complaints handling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin; fluency in other languages highly preferred
