As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer and Digital Publisher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and delivering engaging content across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and business development teams to conceptualize, design, and execute visually stunning graphics and digital assets that resonate with our target audiences. Additionally, you will assist with publication and management of digital content, ensuring consistency, quality, and effectiveness across all channels.
Responsibilities:• Design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and digital assets for web, social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.• Develop creative concepts and design layouts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful visual solutions.• Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and user experience optimization.• Implement SEO best practices and strategies to improve website visibility and performance.• Manage digital publishing platforms and tools, including content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools.• Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels, including posts, graphics, and videos.• Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, to optimize content and design strategies.• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, web design, and digital publishing.• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed to support project requirements.
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Digital Media, or related field.• 3 or more years of professional experience in graphic design, web design, web administration, and/or communications.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.• Strong understanding of web design principles, including responsive design and UX/UI best practices.• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).• Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques to enhance website visibility and performance.• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
