Becoming our Director of Sales and Marketing at Summit Place, you will provide a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on both the lives of seniors and the success of the community. In this role, you have the chance to showcase your leadership skills and drive positive change. By developing effective marketing strategies, you can increase the visibility of the community and attract new residents who are seeking exceptional care and support. Additionally, you can foster meaningful relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and local organizations to build a strong network and referral base. Through thoughtful communication and collaboration with staff members, you can ensure that the community's values and mission are upheld, promoting a high standard of care for all residents. Ultimately, as a Director of Sales and Marketing, you have the power to create a warm and welcoming environment where seniors can thrive, while also contributing to the overall growth and success of the assisted living community.
This is a full-time schedule, working Monday-Friday.
What you will need:
High school diploma or GED preferred.At least 2 years in a sales and marketing position, preferably in real estate, senior properties, or hospitality services.At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a housing, assisted living, or other senior service setting.Benefits Available:
