Overview

Come join Team Atlantis! The Marketing Administrative Assistant provides support to the Director of Marketing. He/she will collaborate with the marketing team in planning marketing campaigns, events, and social media content. This position will handle day-to-day tasks associated with all marketing and advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming phone callsCheck the mailbox dailyManages all internal and external collateral - keeping casino floor stocked with current flyers and postersAssist with job requests and projects for assigned departmentsKeep departments up to date on projects and any other essential information to complete tasksAssist with distributing all collateral to assigned departmentsWeekly walk through casino floor to make sure signage is appropriately displayedManage and process all invoices, department P-Card receipts, and trademarksManage internal & external sign planProcess business cards for designated departmentsManages all areas of administrative support for marketing, advertising and public relations effortsManage the initiation, review, approval and production of marketing materials/collateral, including posters, flyers, digital displays and more for specific departments as needed with guidance from Marketing ManagerAssist the Communications Manager with charitable events and promotionsProcess and create all marketing certificatesManage third party travel agency reviews, reply and follow up with corresponding departmentsCoordinates all 'contact marketing' communication responding to guest inquiries and redirecting as needed to appropriate departmentsManage and prioritize the marketing team's calendarOther duties as assigned my managementWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel crouch or crawl; talk, and hear. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:BA or BS Degree preferred.1-3 years administrative experience preferably in a marketing department.Computer literate with experience in MS Office and strong Excel skills.Must be organized, detail-oriented, deadline-oriented and ability to prioritize.Strong communication skills required equally for oral, written and visual presentations.Must be adaptable and a quick-learner in a fast-paced environment.***Must adhere to all appearance standards, including but not limited to no "visible" tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors. ***
